Guidelines for Media Inquiries

General Provisions

• Please note that, as a general rule, we are unable to accommodate same-day scheduling adjustments.
• Media support is available exclusively on weekdays.
• If the interviewee is a medical doctor, appearances during outpatient consultation hours cannot be arranged.
• The interviewee’s professional responsibilities take precedence; therefore, we may not be able to fulfill all requests.
• Direct telephone contact with the interviewee is strictly prohibited.
• Requests for activities such as supervision or lectures must be addressed directly to the individual concerned.
• The Public Relations Office does not engage in mediation or coordination of interviews.
• We do not accept interview requests conducted as part of school or student coursework, except under specific conditions outlined separately.

Requests for Cooperation

• For written media (e.g., newspaper articles), please ensure that the interviewee is given the opportunity to review the content in advance. Inaccuracies in medical reporting may lead to serious health or safety concerns; therefore, prior confirmation of the article text is required.
• For video coverage, usage is limited strictly to the specified project. Should you wish to repurpose the footage for another project, please inform the Public Relations Office with details of the intended broadcast.
• Upon publication, kindly provide one copy of the printed material (e.g., newspaper, magazine) to the Public Relations Office in addition to the interviewee.
• For television broadcasts, please submit a DVD containing the relevant segment.
• File transfer services may be used for delivery.
• If the content is published online, please send either a screenshot of the relevant webpage or the corresponding URL.
